The property features two spacious living areas; the primary is located at the rear with views out to the pool deck, furnished with comfortable leather sofas and large screen TV. The secondary, towards the front of the home, also furnished with leather sofas and large TV providing plenty of room for your family to spread out and relax.

The recently renovated kitchen features stunning granite countertops, some stainless steel appliances, and is stocked with everything you may need to cater for your family! There is a breakfast table for a quick bite, or formal dining area to share a full meal together. That is when you are not dining alfresco on your beautiful sprawling pool deck!

The first master bedroom is located downstairs boasting a king-size bed, large walk-closet and generous ensuite with separate tub and shower. The property has 5 full bathrooms with an additional ½ bath downstairs.
